With this safari you can get to know yourself, your passenger and a large part of the rich medieval history of central Croatia by moving between the former fortresses Svibovec in Narta, the Garić Grad on Moslavačka Gora and the ancillary of Zagreb Kaptol dating back to 1226 in city of Čazma.
Moving along almost medieval paths, dating back to the time of defense against the invasion of Turks and Tatars, evokes a special feeling. The unique forest wealth of the sessile oak, beech and alder has an exceptional therapeutic effect. As a part of this safari, we will provide you with more historical facts by visiting Čazma - an essential center of medieval culture.
Croatian Duke Koloman, son of Bela IV, who succumbed to wounds from the war with the Tatars, was buried in Čazma in 1241. Namely, even at that time, Čazma was the episcopal center, and with the conquest by the Turks, it became the center of Čazma’s Sandžak in 1552.
